Our focus is straightforward: to make buying an air conditioner in the Philippines a reliable, hassle-free experience. Every unit we sell is genuine, sourced to carry the manufacturer's official warranty, and backed by the protections that Philippine consumers are entitled to under the Consumer Act of the Philippines. You will never encounter hidden charges on our platform — all prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and already include the 12% VAT.
Our Commitments to You
- Free nationwide delivery. We ship to any address across the Philippines at no cost to you. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days after order confirmation.
- 60-day returns. If you change your mind for any reason, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. We arrange the return pickup free of charge and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the item.
- Warranty support. Should a unit arrive defective or develop a covered fault, we will coordinate a free repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the manufacturer's official warranty and the implied warranty provided under Philippine law.
- Secure payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard through a 3-D Secure payment page. We do not store your card details — payment data is handled entirely within the secure gateway.
